Mohamad Sabu atau 'Mat Sabu' (lahir 14 Oktober 1954 di Tasek Gelugor) merupakan seorang ahli politik Malaysia dari parti PASyang berbangsa Melayu. Beliau kini merupakan Timbalan Presiden PAS[1]. Sebelumnya, beliau pernah menjawat jawatan sebagai Naib Presiden PAS,Naib Pemuda PAS Pusat dan Ketua Dewan Pemuda PAS Pusat. Mohamad Sabu pernah menjadi Ahli ParlimenKuala Kedah pada tahun 1999-2004.


Pendidikan

Mat Sabu bersekolah di Pulau Pinang dan mendapat SPM dengan kelulusan gred 3. [perlu rujukan]Kemudian menyambung pelajaran jurusan pemakanan di ITM separuh jalan pada 1975 apabila terkandas dalam pelajarannya.[perlu rujukan]

Tahun 1975 menyertai ABIM dan 1981 menyertai PAS. Beliau bertanding dalam Pilihan raya umum Malaysia 1982 di Dun Penantitetapi tewas.Sekali lagi tewas kepada rakan ABIM nya , Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim di parlimen Permatang Pauh dalam Pilihan raya umum Malaysia 1986. Apabila berhijrah ke Kelantan, beliau menang dalam Pilihan raya umum Malaysia 1990 di parlimen Nilam Puri. Sekali lagi memang di kerusi parlimen Kubang Kerian dalam Pilihan raya umum Malaysia 1995.
Dalam Pilihan raya umum Malaysia 1999 beliau menang di parlimen Kuala Kedah,Kedah. Tapi tewas lagi di Kuala Terengganu dalamPilihan raya umum Malaysia 2008 kepada Timbalan Menteri Pelajaran, Datuk Razali Ismail dan nenek Maimun Yusuf (89 tahun) . Razali memperolehi 32,562, dengan majoriti 628 undi.Mohamad Sabu (31,934 undi) dan Maimun (685 undi).

Tony Pua Kiam Wee (Chinese潘俭伟, born 1972) is a Malaysian politician, currently the Member of Parliament for Petaling Jaya Utara. Pua was the former Malaysian CEO of Cyber Village Sdn Bhd, a SESDAQ (SGX secondary board)-listed company. In early 2007, he disposed of all his interests in the company and tendered his resignation to join the Democratic Action Party (DAP).
Pua graduated from Keble CollegeOxford University with a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics under a scholarship from the MTC Foundation in 1994. Prior to that, he received Asean and Shaw Foundation scholarships to pursue his "O" and "A"-Levels in Raffles Institution andRaffles Junior College.
In the 2008 general election, Pua won the Parliamentary constituency of Petaling Jaya Utara on a DAP ticket. He ran against the incumbent, Datin Paduka Chew Mei Fun, Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry for Women, Family & Community Affairs, and Deputy Chief of the Malaysian Chinese Association women's wing.[2] In 2009, Pua was appointed the DAP member of the Pakatan Rakyat committee on the Ministry of Higher Education, roughly equivalent to the shadow ministry in other countries.

Pua is the eldest of four siblings. He grew up on the outskirts of Batu Pahat. His father ran a small poultry farm when Pua was growing up.[3]

Pua left home when he was 13 to do his secondary schooling in Singapore on an ASEAN scholarship from the Singapore government. He attended Raffles Institution and Raffles Junior College. He then went on to Oxford University where he read PPE at Keble College on a MTC scholarship.[4]

[edit]Early Career and Cyber Village

Pua worked for Andersen Consulting (now renamed Accenture) as a consultant after he graduated from Oxford. Two years later, in March 1997, he started Cyber Village when demand for e-business consultancy grew.
With his combined savings and those of his parents amounting to RM20,000 and another RM30,000 chipped in by three friends, he went ahead to open an office in Overseas Union Garden, Old Klang Road, KL with four staff.[5]
In August 2001, Cyber Village became the first Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC)-status company to list on the Singapore Dealing and Automated Quotation System (Sesdaq). Its public offer of 400,000 shares drew an over-subscription of approximately 2.7 times.[6]

丘光耀(HEW Kuan-yau),祖籍广东省梅县,1970年出生于马来西亚­霹雳州安顺县,中学时代曾在漫画人出版社兼职漫画助理。 1988年毕业於吉隆坡尊孔独立中学,後与友人联合创办漫画工作­室,七年内出版了八本政治漫画与历史人物连环画传。1994年毕­业於新山南方学院马来学系,同年获选为马来学系优异生;1997­年考获中国广州暨南大学历史学硕士学位,同年获颁1996年南粤­优秀研究生一等奖;2005年考获香港中文大学哲学博士学位(历­史学专业),同年获颁中大莫庆锵奖学金。 1989年加入民主行动党,受委社会主义青年团全国社会与文化秘­书。1995年受瑞典社会民主党之邀,到该党党校学习。1997­至1999年担任民主行动党第三任秘书长暨马来西亚国会下议院反­对党领袖林吉祥政治秘书,2000至2002年担任民主行动党第­四任秘书长郭金福政治秘书。1999至2002 年担任社会主义青年团总秘书,并任该党机关报《火箭报》华文版主­编,同期亦担任民主行动党全国政治教育局主任。2001至200­3年获选为社会党青年国际联盟(IUSY)全球副主席。2006­年起在完美(中国)日用品有限公司出任总裁助理(行政)。

Bee Yin grew up in  Batu Anam in Segamat, Johor.  She received her primary and secondary education in SRJK (C) Hwa Nan and SMJK Seg Hwa respectively. After that, she studied Chemical Engineering in Universiti Teknologi Petronas (UTP) under Petronas Scholarship and graduated with a First Class Honors. 

She then worked for Schlumberger, a US oil and gas company, as an international field engineer for oil exploration and production. 


After working for 2 years, she went on to pursue MPhil (Masters in Philosophy) in Advanced Chemical Engineering in Cambridge University under Gates Cambridge Scholarship. She completed her master degree with a Commendation. 


After 4 years of working and studying overseas, She finally returned to Malaysia to serve the nation end of 2010. She  volunteer in DAP since Feb 2012 

While doing her own small business, She is currently Social Media Strategy Advisor for DAP and special assistant to MP for PJU, Tony Pua. She is passionate about issues related to environment & sustainability, young people agenda, women & family.
