马华初步敲定下届大选候选人

马华现有的7名国会议员中,除了地不佬国会议员邱思祥表明退位让贤外,其他6人料在来届大选中原区上阵。

6人为马华总会长兼文冬国会议员廖中莱、马华署理总会长亚依淡国会议员魏家祥、马华总秘书兼丹绒马林国会议员黄家泉、马华副总会长兼拉美士国会议员蔡智勇、亚罗牙也国会议员古乃光及丹绒比艾国会议员黄日升。


至于地不佬选区,料会推荐马华副总会长何国忠上阵


马华已为振林山及旺沙马朱圈定候选人,分别是张秀福及拿督姚长禄


雪隆区已敲定候选人的议席为班登(马华班登区会主席梁国伟)、士拉央(马青士拉央区团团长陈运鸿)、敦拉萨镇(马华敦拉萨镇区会主席拿督丘应权)及蕉赖(马华蕉赖区会妇女组主席王欣怡)。



丹那拉打州议席的候选人为马青总秘书兼马青彭亨州团长梁捷顺。森州方面,马华森州联委会主席林振辉预料会第二度上阵朱湖州议席

马华副总会长拿汀巴杜卡周美芬极可能上阵彭亨州劳勿国席,而周美芬也是马华劳勿区所推荐的大选人选;也是吉打州联委会主席的副总会长拿督李志亮或放弃再战霹雳州金宝国席,飞象过河到吉打亚罗士打国席上阵。

马青总团长张盛闻和马华妇女组主席王赛之的上阵“命运”不同;身为汝来人的张盛闻,在芙蓉国席上阵的呼声最高,而王赛之在505全国大选以天兵姿态到吉打州巴东色海国席上阵失利,恐影响在来届大选上阵的机会。


马青总团长张盛闻获推荐上阵森州芙蓉国席,而妇女组主席拿督王赛之或不参选。


马华在505全国大选只赢得7国11州,更被外界称为“7-11”政党。胜出的7个国席有霹雳州丹绒马林(黄家泉)、彭亨州文冬(廖中莱)、马六甲亚罗牙也(古乃光)、柔佛州亚依淡(魏家祥)、拉美士(蔡智勇)、地不佬(邱思祥)及丹绒比艾(黄日升)。
11个州席则是玻璃市州的知知丁宜(许福光)、吉打州的莪仑(梁荣光)、居林(蔡通易)、霹雳州的积莪营(马汉顺)、彭亨州的积卡(房光辉)、南唛(刘震林)、马六甲州的马接(赖明忠)、吉里望(林万锋)、望万(吴俊兑)、柔佛州的巴罗(张协群)和埔来士巴当(郑修强)。
不过,自沙巴州路阳区独立州议员邱庆洲加入马华后,马华已不再是“7-11”政党,而成为“7-12”(7国12州)的政党。

The Johor State Legislative Assembly (MalayDewan Undangan Negeri Johor) is the unicameral legislature of theMalaysian state of Johor. It is composed of 56 members who are elected from single-member constituenciesthroughout the state. Elections are held no more than five years apart, along with elections to the federal parliamentand other state assemblies (except Sarawak).
The State Assembly convenes at Sultan Ismail Building in Kota IskandarIskandar Puteri.

The Johor State Legislative Assembly's main function is to enact laws that apply in the state. It is also the forum for members to voice their opinions on the state government's policies and implementation of those policies. Under the Privileges, Immunities and Powers Ordinance 1963, assemblymen are given the right to freely discuss current issues such as public complaints. On financial matters, the Assembly approves supply to the government and ensures that the funds are spent as approved and in the tax-payers' interest.
The State Executive Council (EXCO) is appointed from members of the State Assembly. Led by the Menteri Besar, it exercises executive power on behalf of the Sultan and is responsible to the State Assembly.

The opposition coalition Pakatan Rakyat that contested the general elections in 2013 was dissolved after series of disagreements between two main parties, Democratic Action Party(DAP) and Pan-Malaysian Islamic Party (PAS).[2] A new opposition coalition Pakatan Harapan was formed by the Democratic Action Party, People's Justice Party (PKR) and newly formed party National Trust Party (Amanah), consisting of ex-PAS members.[3]
